Greensender warrants all of the products it sells to be free from defects and workmanship for a period of one year. If you experience defects or malfunctions that are not a result of normal wear and tear, please send the product back to us and enclose a short note informing us of the issue and we'll replace it free of charge.
Custom-produced products (eg: engraved water bottles) cannot be returned and no refunds will be given. Refunds will be made and/or replacement products shipped free of charge only in the case of Greensender making an error and shipping a product that deviates from the product ordered.
For stock products (ones that are not customized), if you are not satisfied with your Greensender product, please return it within 60 days of purchase and we will refund the full purchase price. And assuming it's OK with you, we'll follow up with a call or note to better understand the issue and do anything we can to make sure you ultimately have a good Greensender experience.
